We need Leaders with these qualities in tanzania.

1)Humility And Courtesy
No one is superior or inferior to another and the more we acknowledge this, the more enriching we become. I am not sure if bosses in tanzania understand this part

2)Celebrating Success and Credit Sharing

Sharing the success and joy builds the team spirit and unity. Celebrating successes and failures is the essence of life. Most bossea in tanzania care about themselves not other employee ant that is why we have corruption

3)Sense Of Humor and Fun

Humor brings in fresh perspectives and makes us more open to challenges and other possibilities. Few tanzanians boss does this (wenyewe ujifanya mungu mtu na hawapendi kusikia ushauri kutoka kwa mfanyakazi wa kawaida)

4)Staying Calm And Leading By Example in Moments of Crisis

Be around like a breather or a tower of strength in moments of crisis and exude confidence and positivity. Tough call? Indeed. It requires continuous effort.
Most tanzanians leders are not confident especially our ambanssodors abroad, they just don't want to associates with people of the countries they work on. Good example is the tanzania abassador to the united states of america.

5)Being Flexible And Playing The Good Listener

The most vital part of leadership is to acknowledge that people have different priorities and your task list may not figure out on the top of theirs. Acknowledge their personal priorities, be flexible to work out win-win options and always be open, approachable and listen to what others are saying or not saying.

Few tanzania managers does this part that is why our country is poor. They need to learn from our presidet JK they way is doing his job

6)Clarity and Expertise in Work

Be sure of what you are talking about and what you want to achieve. Most of the bosses in tanzania falter at this. And, trust me, no one wants to work hard for his/her country.

7)Trust and Motivation

Believe in team, assert your trust, enlist them in your mission and give them space to carry on. (on this one few people to trust in tanzania and this is what our president is going through when it is time to select people to work with because most of them are crazy and corrupted)

This one is what is called effective and efficient delegation. Noone really wants to work for a boss who don’t trust their capabilities and hovers around like an intrusive security camera. Ask the one who tried. He probably doesn’t have a team now.

Thank you ccm marekani for the contribution you made for out country

As a bosse, if you are not sure of what you want, not even the best of the world teammates can help you achieve it. Have clarity on what you want to achieve and then communicate it effectively to your team. It can do wonders.

Look at the top guy at Air Tanzania, why don't he let other people do the job for the good of our country. ( ANASUBIRI MPAKA AFUKUZWE WAKATI ANAJUA KABISA KAZI HAIWEZI. JK MTIMUE HUYO NDIO ANACHOSUBIRI)
